Spend a special and delicious day in the country (about 90 miles southwest of Chicago) with Mint Creek Farm, an organic livestock operation and graduate of FamilyFarmed’s Good Food Accelerator.

3:00 p.m.: Guests gather at the Greenhouse B&B and depart for the farm tour led by Farmer Harry Carr.
5:00-5:30 p.m.: Guests return to the Greenhouse B&B from the farm tour, at which point the first course or appetizer(s) can begin.
8 p.m.: Meals are usually finished by 8ish, though some guests like to linger and visit, generally hanging out by the campfire. Some guests spend the night at the B&B or camp in the expansive yard.
